Our Approach

Over 70% of culture initiatives fail. 68% of employees are not engaged. Why? When organizations bring in initiative after initiative, employees are jaded and lack the motivation or excitement to dive in. This is where we thrive. All of our programs address mindset, because no matter what you train and coach, if the mind doesn't have the tools to change, nothing else will. Our approach is different. We train the HOW. What we know from doing this work every day, is that leaders know WHAT needs to be done, they know WHY the metric needs to be improved and most have taken steps to change this. Yet, in most cases, the HOW is missing. Leaders need concrete and actionable tools to make the change.

Consilio uses the latest in neuroscience to explain why resistance to change is hardwired. We then train skills to override the way our brains are biologically programmed. It's why we don't do one-offs, why over 90% of our clients are with us after the first year, and why we only do word of mouth advertising. Organizations share what works, they celebrate success internally and externally. Our initiatives are scalable and sustainable as a result.

Three Pillars

We are honored to be able to do the work we love with people we are inspired by. Our approach is rooted in the belief that everyone is responsible for how they show up, regardless of external situations. Giving people the tools to become emotionally invincible is the catalyst for taking ownership of this choice.

This fundamental belief sits on top of 3 pillars:

Love v. Fear

We believe the only decision you need to make is HOW you lead, with love or fear. Unfortunately, most people reside in the fear-based realm for a majority of the day. You can see it around you, or in you, when you see people being short with clients or staff, sharing their worry and self-doubt, losing control, or yelling at your staff. We train awareness and then empower the individual choice.

We don't believe in traditional company values.

We know that appreciation in the workplace matters. Nearly 80% of employees cite lack of appreciation as one of the main reasons for leaving their job. When you experience the difference of a culture where each individual is not only able to be the fullest version of themselves but celebrated for it, amazing things happen.
