Who We Are

Our Company

Consilio is a Latin term that means "intentionally and on purpose", which describes our philosophy about how to be your best self.  We are a team of experienced coaches, organizers, and accountants.

Rochelle Lierz DeLongRochelle Lierz DeLong, President of Consilio, has a wide-range of experience using her gifts with both people and systems to improve communication and workflow. Her goal is to effect change at deep levels to create life satisfaction. Rochelle advises experienced owners on calming their lives and evolving their companies; she teaches fresh entrepreneurs how to take the long-term approach with their dreams.

Rochelle learned about the cycles of business early by working in her family's Boise-based business. After almost 20 years working in all sizes and shapes of businesses, Rochelle founded her own company, Perfect Order, in 2001. She teaches that, "Organizing is very practical and tangible, and has an immediate effect. It is the cornerstone of all good business practices and strong systems."  In 2008, Rochelle blended Perfect Order and BizMinders into Consilio to offer clients a 360 degree approach to business and life organization. "We noticed a growing trend in our work: Most executives experience very little separation between their business and personal lives."

The soul of Consilio reflects Rochelle's lively synergistic blend of talents--her creative entrepreneurial spirit, her strategic and problem-solving skills, and her natural coaching style. She knows that her client's path is their own, not hers, and she is careful to listen for their needs and watch their pace for change as a guide to their readiness.

Rochelle holds a BS in Business with an emphasis in Technology, Sociology, and Family Business from Oregon State University. You can reach Rochelle at (208) 409-1614 or rochelle [at] thinkconsilio [dot] com. Click here to view her FaceBook profile and here to view her LinkedIn profile.

Lori DaviesWhat Lori Davies loves most about organizing is the satisfaction of making a positive difference in someone's life. Lori has tamed paper piles, brought order to garages, and helped families manage the challenges of life. She is a teacher of organization and loves to help her clients organize their homes and offices. She serves as the Idaho Ambassador for the NAPO."When I was a kid I wanted to be an archeologist. I love learning and discovery."  Lori feeds that passion by "unearthing" everything she can to understand her clients' needs through the careful analysis of their unique environment--on the path to crafting solutions for them.

Growing up on a farm Lori learned about decision-making early, where money was tight and ingenuity a survival skill. One of her jobs was helping to decide what to toss and what to keep for future repairs or inventions. She also was in charge of making sure everything was in its place so they could be found quickly . Now, being the mom of 2 young children, Lori knows how easy it can be for kids and their things to dominate a family's lifestyle. She has created many functional systems that have worked time and time again for her clients and their families.

Lori holds a B.S. in Athletic Training and a Certificate in Physical Education & Health from Boise State. Lori uses her experience with rehabilitation to coach her clients through their challenges with much empathy. She is passionate about helping others find balance through organization.  You can reach Lori at (208) 861-6012 or lori [at] thinkconsilio [dot] com.
